Lightweight and battery-powered, they suit field sales, van distribution, delivery and pop-up stalls. Prices start from ₹5,999, and each is a one-time purchase serviced across India.

Before you buy.

Can I print from my phone to a Bluetooth thermal printer?

Yes — that is exactly what it is for. Switch the printer on, open Bluetooth settings on your Android phone, select the NGX BTP device and pair once. After that it prints automatically from any app that supports ESC/POS — your billing app or a print utility — whenever the printer is within about 5 metres.

Which is the best Bluetooth thermal printer to buy?

It comes down to paper width. The BTP120 (₹5,999) is a 2-inch pocket printer — the most portable, for a receipt you hand over on the doorstep. The BTP320 and the rugged BTP-3N (₹8,999) are 3-inch printers for wider bills, tickets and labels. All three pair with any Android phone and print over Bluetooth or USB.

What are the disadvantages of a Bluetooth thermal printer?

Two worth knowing. Like every thermal printer, the print fades over months in heat or sunlight and is one colour only — fine for receipts and tickets, not for documents you must keep for years. And because it runs on battery and Bluetooth, it needs charging and works within roughly 5 metres of your phone. For field billing, delivery and van sales — print, hand over, move on — neither is a problem.

Do they work with my billing app?

Yes — they support ESC/POS and ship with an Android SDK, so they work with most billing apps and custom software.

What paper does a Bluetooth thermal printer use?

Standard thermal paper rolls — 2-inch (58 mm) for the BTP120, 3-inch (80 mm) for the BTP320 and BTP-3N. There is no ink or ribbon; the paper roll is the only consumable, so running costs stay low.

How portable are they?

The BTP120 is a 2-inch pocket printer; the BTP320 and BTP-3N are 3-inch printers at around 307 grams — all easy to carry for a full day of field work on one charge.
